
郗梦露,女,1990年1月生人,工学博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师。
2011年本科毕业于青岛农业大学食品质量与安全专业,2013年考入北京工商大学食品科学与工程专业攻读硕士研究生,2016年获得硕士学位;2017考入西北农林科技大学食品科学专业攻读博士研究生,2021年毕业获得食品科学专业博士学位,师从葛武鹏教授。2021年9月入站清华大学万科公共卫生与健康学院博士后流动站,合作导师赵艾副教授,2024年博士后出站,同年入职长春大学食品科学与工程学院工作至今。近年来,以主要参与人身份参与1项国家自然基金面上项目。近五年以第一作者身份在Food Research International、Frontiers in Microbiology等期刊已发表SCI、EI论文共10篇,总影响因子为43.6,单篇最高他引为40次,总他引80余次。

1. 食品功能性成分提取分离纯化;
2. 益生元对肠道菌群的代谢及免疫研究;
3. 食品天然产物与营养健康。
