
李雪,女,1991年7月生人,工学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。
2025年到长春大学任教,2023年毕业于江南大学获得食品科学专业博士学位。近5年,主持国家/省部级以上科研项目3项,校级项目3项,科研经费总值205万元。累计以第一/通讯作者发表学术论文 26 篇,其中 SCI 论文 19 篇(中科院 1 区 SCI 论文 14 篇,EI 论文 3 篇,北大中文核心 4 篇)。主讲《油脂工艺学》等课程。

1. 膳食脂质加工与安全营养。
